Our office is closely following the evolving impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our mission has always been to provide the highest standard of care and patient experience possible as dictated by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. We continue to follow guidance from the Public Health Agency of Canada and take steps to ensure the safety of our patients and our people.

The state of emergency and stay-at-home order do not alter the scope of care that dentists can provide, including in-person emergency, urgent, and non-essential care (see the Chief Medical Officer of Health’s Directive #2 and the College’s COVID-19 FAQ).

We have taken great effort to put all the recommendation safety precautions in effect at our office, including high grade air purifiers, isolation of each treatment room, reduced seating in reception area, plastic barriers for all reception desks, controlled patient flow in and out of office, and reduced overall patient flow.

We have taken a number of precautionary measures and built upon the rigorous and strict sanitation standards already in place. This includes screening all patients prior to their visit to our office, restricting visits for the elderly and anyone who poses a high risk of infection.  Minimizing direct contact and instructing employees to stay home if they have any symptoms or have travelled within the past 14 days.

As we continue to monitor this situation, our commitment to providing a safe, comfortable and memorable experience remains unchanged.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ARRIVAL FOR OFFICE

Please complete your screening questionnaire within 24 hours of your appointment by email or text message

When you arrive at the office, please remain in your vehicle until the time of your appointment, only the patient is allowed to enter the office, please enter the main door and use the intercom to announce yourself, we will let you in.
